About the Foundation

CTC-foundation-logo-grayOur vision is a world Beyond Kids Cancer. As Canada’s only national charity devoted to fighting childhood cancer, Coast To Coast Against Cancer ensures 100% of receipted donations are invested in improving the survival rate and quality of life of children and their families impacted by cancer.

We raise funds by conducting a series of high quality, memorable, physically challenging, national and regional events that encourage active and healthy lifestyles and engage sponsors, participants, donors and volunteers. From cycling rides to team-building activities, we raise needed funding for worthy childhood cancer charities whose programs support children with cancer and their families.

Donation Report

In 2014, Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation (CTCACF) celebrated another successful year, raising and distributing $4,850,000 for deserving childhood cancer charities across Canada! We could not have done this without you, our amazing sponsors, donors, volunteers and participants.

We visited hundreds of communities across the country, engaged over 20,000 participants in our events, worked with hundreds of volunteers and processed over 75,000 individual donations. Together, we have raised millions of dollars for childhood cancer and distributed 100% of all receipted donations to the cancer charities we support across Canada. Together, we have made a meaningful difference in the lives of thousands of children and their families living with and beyond cancer.

In 2015 we will continue our commitment to the Canadian childhood cancer community by continuing our efforts to raise needed funds for essential pediatric oncology programs and initiatives. To that end we will be looking to improve, increase and expand our existing events such as the Sears National Kids Cancer Ride, new Tour for Kids events in western and eastern Canada, new events that will engage and inspire new audiences and communities to actively support children with cancer. And of course we will continue with our commitment to support 3rd party events which make important contributions to helping achieve our goal to reach a “destination beyond cancer.”

Our Volunteers and Sponsors make it possible for us to achieve our 100% donation distribution model. We strive to advance both our volunteer and sponsor programs to ensure that we can continue to operate as efficiently and effectively as possible. Expanding our sponsorship base, especially at the Foundation level, is critical for our sustainability and continued operation at the national level. We call on all of our supporters to help us in this effort and welcome any ideas or suggestions.

From all of us and the 10,000 families across Canada living with childhood cancer, we want to thank you for all you are doing to make a difference.
