Support My Ride to during the Sears National Kids Cancer Ride™
I am a husband and father to three small children and have just recently lost my mother to a short battle with Cancer. I have done many charity rides over the past four years, but this one, this one is special to me. I have not been touched personally in my life with childhood cancer and can only imagine the anguish and heartache parents face when dealing with something of that magnitude.
I will be riding in support of a young many named Adam Fedosoff who I am honoured to call my friend. Adam was just 16 when we met last year and had already kicked cancer twice, his will, his tenacity and his spirit is what endeared me to him and the reason I am doing this.
The SNKCR is a National Ride starting in Vancouver and ending in Halifax. My personal journey goes from Winnipeg to Thunder Bay (Sept 12/13), Thunder Bay to Sault St. Marie (Sept 14/15), and the last leg Sault Ste. Marie to Toronto (Sept 15/16). This will be my biggest challenge yet, but the most rewarding. With your help, thoughts and support a HUGE impact will be made!
I am asking for $1 for every KM I will be riding, 100% of individual donations will go directly to the childhood cancer charities the SNKCR supports.
